Our agents realize the importance in setting proper expectations with clear communication. AASAM has created a hand out that explains the step by step process from CONTRACT to KEYS
- Purchase Agreement is thoroughly explained, options are selected and appointments for NEXT STEP are made
- Mortgage application is taken with AASAM preferred lender WELLS FARGO
- Design Studio appointment is set where buyers are able to do “ONE-STOP” shopping
- Mortgage is approved
- Buyer is given the opportunity to meet with the superintendent and review all selections made. All choices are finalized with no changes to be made after this appointment
- Construction Starts
- AASAM sales team keeps in contact with buyer thru the different stages, slab, framing, insulation, drywall
- A PRE-DRYWALL walk thru is scheduled with builder, salesperson and buyer
- Home is completed
- Community Coordinator sends out letter giving buyer a 30 day notice of date scheduled final walk thru.
- Buyer becomes acquainted with various functions in the home and is given all manufacturer warranties. Any items that need additional attention are also noted. Builder schedules a final walk thru two days later to confirm the completion of items noted. NO ITEMS CAN BE ADDED AT THIS TIME
- Buyer meets with Escrow office for final signing.
- Buyer receives keys after the recording of property, usually the day after signing, may take up to two days.
